La Panadera prepara el tradicional pan mestizo que hace con harina de trigo y harina de maíz, aplasta las dos tortillas de éstas masas y las dobla dándole una forma cuadrada al pan de dos colores. Mientras se cocina esperamos al lado del horno buscando calor.

The firewood burns in the oven, while the baker kneads the flour.
 
The Baker prepares the traditional bread made with wheat and corn flour. She crushes two tortillas of these doughs and folds them, giving the multi-colored bread a squared shape. While the bread bakes, we wait by the side of the oven, looking for heat.
